A3: Please provide us with the product drawings in PDF format. For even better clarity and efficiency, STEP or IGS formats are preferred.

A4: We require a 50% deposit to begin production. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval. You can then
pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is the preferred method.
