Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Kindly send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples depends on the specifics of your items, usually ranging from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we'll send you photos or videos for verification. You can then pay
the balance. For small orders, we accept PayPal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use courier services to deliver our products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with 17 experienced engineers and over 50 employees, operating in a 3,000 m² workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send us your sample, and we will replicate it and provide optimal solutions. Alternatively, send pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we'll create a CAD or 3D file for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

A10: Yes, we provide a detailed production schedule along with weekly reports featuring digital pictures and videos to
update you on the machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?
A11: We do not take risks with poor-quality production. We are committed to delivering quality products until you are fully
