A2: The timeframe for receiving a sample depends on the specifics of your request, but generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide detailed product drawings in PDF format. For enhanced precision, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Upon preparation of the goods, we'll send photos or videos for your review. You can then pay the
remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ensure delivery through a reputable courier company for swift and secure transit.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
