Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry e-mail, and our team will promptly reach out to you with detailed product and pricing information.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples depends on your specific items, generally ranging between 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. It would be preferable if they are in STEP or IGS format for better accuracy.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification, after which
you can pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (commission added to the order). For large amounts, T/T
is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver products through a reliable courier company to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximately 3,000m² workshop area.

A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports, including digital pictures and videos, showcasing the

1. Commercial Packaging: Each piece is carefully placed in a plastic bag, then enclosed in a stylish color box, and finally secured in a sturdy carton and pallet.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). Securely encased in a plastic tube, placed in a carton, and then stacked on a pallet; (2). Enveloped in a plastic bag, followed by...kraft paper, and securely packed in a carton and pallet;
