Q2: What is the typical timeframe to receive a sample?
A2: The timeframe varies based on the specific items, but generally, you can expect it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What information is needed to get a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your review. You can then
pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with a commission fee. Larger orders are better handled via T/T.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We use courier companies to deliver the products swiftly and securely.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
