Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will it take to receive a sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, but generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What information is required for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For optimal results, STEP or IGS files are preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for your inspection. You can then
complete the balance payment. For small quantities, we accept PayPal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver the products through reputable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop area of approximately 3,000m².
