Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will it take to receive the sample?
A2: It depends on your specific items. Generally, it will take about 3-7 days.
Q3: What information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we'll send photos or videos for your review, and then you can
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (a commission will be added). For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver the products via courier.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
