Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: To provide an accurate quote, please supply us with the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: Our payment terms include a 50% deposit. Once your goods are ready, we will provide photos or videos for your approval before you
pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept PayPal (with an added commission), while larger orders are best handled via T/T.
