Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will promptly contact you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on your specific items, usually within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format; STEP or IGS formats are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. When the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. Then, you can
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal with a commission added to the order. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with direct operations, featuring 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximate 3,000m² workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it and provide optimal solutions. Alternatively, send pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely, yes.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we will safeguard them and not release them to any third party without your consent.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos to show the
machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?
A11: We ensure the production of high-quality products to your satisfaction. Thus, taking risks with poor quality is not an option.
