2. Industrial Packaging Options: (1). Enclosed in a durable plastic tube, placed in a robust carton, and set on a pallet for enhanced protection. (2). Wrapped in a secure plastic bag, then packaged in a carton and positioned on a pallet.Additionally, items can be wrapped in kraft paper, packed in a carton, and arranged on a pallet for ensured safety.

Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and our team will promptly reach out to you with detailed product and pricing information.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on the specifics of your items, generally ranging from 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, STEP or IGS formats are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your confirmation, after which you
can pay the balance. For smaller orders, PayPal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, we prefer T/T.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: Our products are delivered through reputable courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: Certainly, we provide detailed production schedules and weekly reports, complete with digital photos and videos showing
the machining progress.
