A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items, but it generally ranges from 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If you can supply them in STEP or IGS formats, it would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. You can then
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (commission added). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver products via a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop area of approximately 3,000m².

2. Industrial Packaging: Choose between (1) plastic tube, securely encased in a carton and placed on a pallet, or (2) a durable plastic bag enveloped in kraft paper, then boxed in a carton, and finally arranged on a pallet for safe transportation.
