We select high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel materials such as 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 45# steel, and 42CrMo, combined with advanced processes such as carburizing and quenching, tempering, and high-frequency induction heating. By precisely controlling heat treatment parameters, we achieve a surface hardness of HRC58-62 while maintaining a core toughness of HRC30-35.

Gear machining faces technical challenges such as controlling tooth profile accuracy, correcting heat treatment deformation, and optimizing meshing noise. We effectively solve these challenges through innovative processes: using CNC profile grinding technology to control tooth profile errors within 0.005mm; applying controlled atmosphere heat treatment to limit deformation to within 0.015mm; and reducing transmission noise by more than 5dB through tooth surface modification and optimization processes.
