Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail, we will get in touch with you promptly upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples generally ranges between 3 to 7 days, depending on the specific items you request.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval, and then you can
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal with an additional commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver products via reputable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop area of approximately 3,000m2.

A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it and offer you enhanced solutions. Alternatively, send us
