Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: To obtain detailed product and pricing information, simply send us an inquiry via email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: Depending on the specifics of your items, you can expect the sample within 3-7 days generally.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If possible, providing them in STEP or IGS formats would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your review. After that,
you can pay the balance. For small orders, Paypal is accepted with a commission added. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products through reliable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximate workshop area of 3,000m2.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory so we can replicate it and offer better solutions. Alternatively, you can send us pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.

A8: Absolutely, yes. We can provide samples before commencing mass production.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports complete with digital images and videos to showcase the
machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial Packaging: Each individual component is carefully packed in a plastic bag, then placed in a color box, followed by a carton and finally secured on a pallet for safe transit.
2. Industrial Packaging: Choose from two robust options tailored for industrial needs: (1) A plastic tube encased in a carton and stacked on a pallet; (2) A plastic bag wrapped in kraft paper, placed inside a carton, and then palletized.
