Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and our team will promptly reach out to you with the necessary product and pricing details.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery depends on your specific items but generally takes between 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide us with the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even more preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we'll send you photos or videos for your approval before you pay the
balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is our preferred method.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver our products via a reliable courier service.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with over 17 skilled engineers and more than 50 employees, operating within an extensive 3,000m² workshop.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

1. Commercial Packaging: Each piece is first secured in a plastic bag, then encased in a vibrant color box, followed by a sturdy carton, and finally placed on a pallet for safe transit.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). Packed in a protective plastic tube, then placed in a robust carton, and finally secured on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items are placed in a plastic bag, then boxed and palletized for optimal protection.Additionally, kraft paper can be used for extra cushioning before being placed in a carton and then on a pallet.
