CNC lathe processing:
The cam is preliminarily processed by CNC lathe, mainly rough processing and finishing of the outer circle and end face.
CNC lathe has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency, which can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the cam meet the requirements.
Four-axis CNC gong processing:
The four-axis CNC gong (also known as the four-axis machining center) is used for the processing of complex curved surfaces and grooves of the cam.
Through four-axis linkage control, precise processing of complex shapes can be achieved to ensure the contour accuracy and surface quality of the cam.
Processing process:
First, the outer circle and end face are processed on the CNC lathe to ensure the basic size and shape of the cam.
Then the cam is transferred to the four-axis CNC gong for processing of curved surfaces and grooves to complete the final shape of the cam.
During the entire processing process, appropriate tools and cutting parameters are used to ensure processing efficiency and processing quality.
Quality control:
