Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect to receive it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format; however, if you can send them in STEP or IGS, it will be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. You can then
pay the balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with an additional commission fee. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use reliable courier companies to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
