A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items. Generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. It is even better if you can supply them in STEP or IGS format.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your review. You can then
pay the balance. We accept Paypal for small orders (with an additional commission) and prefer T/T for larger amounts.

A5: We deliver our products via a reputable courier company to ensure swift and safe delivery.
