Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items, generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% deposit for payment. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your review before you
pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with a commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via courier services.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 dedicated employees, and an expansive 3,000m² workshop area.
