Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail, we will contact you once we received your mail.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: It depends on the specifics of your request. Generally, you can expect the sample within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, provide them in STEP or IGS formats.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval before you
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (a commission will be added). For large amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via reputable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximately 3,000m² workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can then replicate it and provide optimized solutions. If you send pictures or
drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we ensure complete confidentiality and will not release your drawings to any third party without your permission.

A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports, including digital pictures and videos, showcasing the
machining progress.

2. Industrial Packaging: (1) Utilizes robust plastic tubes, housed in a solid carton and palletized for optimal protection; (2) Incorporates plastic bags, wrapped in kraft paper, encased in a carton, and then palletized to safeguard against any potential damage.
