A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even better.

A4: We accept a 50% deposit to begin production. Once the goods are ready, we'll send you photos or videos for your review. After
approval, you can pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ship the products using a reliable courier service.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with over 17 experienced engineers, more than 50 employees, and an approximate 3,000m² workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate and provide better solutions. If you send us pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
