Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail. Our dedicated team will reach out to you promptly upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on your specific items. Typically, you can expect samples within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For enhanced accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: A 50% deposit is required. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. After your
approval, you can pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize established courier companies to ensure timely delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

1. Commercial packaging: Each part is meticulously encased in a plastic bag, placed into a vibrant color box, then secured in a robust carton and finally, stacked safely on a pallet.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Each component is neatly arranged in a plastic tube, packed into a durable carton, and carefully placed on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items can be encased in plastic bags,wrapped in resilient kraft paper, packed into a sturdy carton, and arranged on a pallet.
