Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly contact you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: It depends on your specific items, but generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF. If available in STEP or IGS formats, even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we provide photos or videos for your review. You can then
pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal, with commission added to the order. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an approximate 3,000m² workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it and offer you better solutions. Pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), or a CAD/3D file are also acceptable.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

1. Commercial Packaging: Each precision component is individually nestled in a plastic bag, then placed within a vibrant color box, which is securely packed in a carton and finally, neatly organized on a pallet for optimal protection and transport.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). Each piece is encased in a durable plastic tube, then boxed in a sturdy carton, and stacked on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, components are sealed in a plastic bag, wrapped in kraft paper, and placed in a carton on a pallet for robust safeguarding.Kraft paper + carton + pallet for reliable industrial protection.
