A3: Please kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are highly preferred.
Q4: Could you specify the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send photos or videos for your review. You may then pay the
balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal, with the commission added to the order. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.

A5: We utilize courier companies to ensure prompt and safe delivery of products.

1. Commercial Packaging: Each precision part is meticulously packed in a plastic bag and then placed inside a vibrant color box, which is subsequently housed in a sturdy carton and finally secured on a pallet for safe transit.
2. Industrial Packaging: Choose from several robust options to ensure optimal protection: (1). Plastic tube, followed by carton, topped off with a pallet; (2). Plastic bag, kraft paper, then securely contained in a carton and placed on a pallet;
