Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get back to you with all the details you need.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline for receiving a sample depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS formats are even more preferable.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. After that, you can
pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal (note: a commission will be added). For larger sums, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products through a reliable courier service.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory, with 17 experienced engineers and over 50 employees, operating in a 3,000m2 workshop.
