Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we'll swiftly reach out to you upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeframe varies depending on your specific items, but generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. Providing them in STEP or IGS files is even better for us.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we'll send you photos or videos for confirmation, after which you
can pay the balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal (commission added). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize reliable courier companies to deliver our products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

1. Commercial Packaging: Each of our non-ferrous steel CNC parts is meticulously packaged for commercial purposes. This includes 1 piece per plastic bag, neatly enclosed in a color box, then placed in a sturdy carton, and finally, loaded onto a pallet for ultimate protection.
2. Industrial Packaging: We offer robust industrial packaging options tailored for heavy-duty needs: (1) Plastic tube packaging, securely placed in a carton and then palletized; (2) Plastic bag packaging, with added protection of kraft paper, followed by carton and pallet placement.
