Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline varies depending on your specific items, but we generally deliver within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. Providing them in STEP or IGS would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your review before you pay
the balance. For small quantities, we accept PayPal with an added commission fee. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We utilize courier companies to deliver our products efficiently.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
