A2: The timeline depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect the sample within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will share photos or videos for your approval. You can then
pay the remaining balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use courier services to deliver our products.

2. Industrial packaging: (1). Products are safely enclosed in a durable plastic tube, then boxed in a carton, and firmly placed on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items are enveloped in a plastic bag,
wrapped with kraft paper, then boxed in a robust carton, and securely placed on a pallet.
