Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The time frame depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect to receive the sample within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format; it would be even better if you can supply them in STEP or IGS format.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval, and then you can
pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal with an added commission fee. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use a reliable courier company to deliver the products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial Packaging: Each camshaft is carefully encased in a plastic bag, placed in an elegant color box, secured in a sturdy carton, and finally stacked on a pallet for ultimate protection and easy transportation.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). For streamlined handling, camshafts are placed in a robust plastic tube, packed into a strong carton, and then mounted on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, each camshaft is enveloped in a plastic bag, wrapped in durable kraft paper, secured in a carton, and finally placed on a pallet.
