Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

A2: The lead time for samples usually ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on your specific items.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. Submitting them in STEP or IGS would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your confirmation.
You can then pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For large amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products using reputable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with 17 skilled engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop spanning approximately 3,000m2.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send us your sample, and we will recreate it and offer you the best solutions. Pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width)
are also acceptable, and we can generate CAD or 3D files for you.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely yes.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates, including digital pictures and videos, to show the progress.
