Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry via email, and we will promptly reach out to you as soon as we receive your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format; if available, STEP or IGS formats are preferred for greater precision.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Upon completion, we will send you photos or videos of the prepared goods for your confirmation.
You can then pay the balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ensure safe and prompt delivery of our products through a reputable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
