Q2: How long does it typically take to receive a sample?
A2: The timeline varies based on your specific items, but generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What information is required for a quotation?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even more preferable.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your verification. You can then
pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal (additional commission applies). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How do you deliver the products?
A5: We use reliable courier companies for product delivery.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?

1. Commercial packaging: Each piece is meticulously placed in a plastic bag, then a vibrant color box, followed by a sturdy carton, and finally secured on a pallet for maximum protection.
2. Industrial packaging: For industrial needs, we offer two robust methods: (1). Encased in a durable plastic tube, followed by a carton and pallet; (2). Wrapped in a plastic bag, covered with kraft paper, then packed in a carton, and secured on a pallet for safe transportation.
