Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items. Generally, it takes about 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide us with the product drawings in PDF format. For even better precision, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will share photos or videos for your inspection before you
pay the balance. For small quantities, PayPal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: Our products are delivered through reliable courier companies to ensure timely and safe arrival.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial Packaging: Each piece is meticulously wrapped in a plastic bag, placed in a color box, and then securely packed into a carton. Finally, it's stacked on a pallet for optimal safety during transit.
2. Industrial Packaging Options: (1) The item is encased in a plastic tube, then boxed in a carton, and placed on a pallet for dependable shipment. (2) Alternatively, it can be enclosed in a plastic bag, wrapped in kraft paper, and then packaged into a sturdy carton before being palletized.
