A2: The timeline depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect to receive your sample within 3-7 days.

A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. Submitting them in STEP or IGS format would be even better.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. After approval,
you can pay the remaining balance. For small orders, we accept PayPal with an additional commission fee. For larger amounts, we
prefer T/T.

A5: We use courier companies to deliver the products.
