Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and our team will promptly get in touch with you to provide all the necessary details.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: This depends on the specifics of your items, but generally, you can expect a sample within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are prepared, we will send you photos or videos for your approval. You can then pay the balance.
For small quantities, we accept Paypal (with an added commission). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver our products through a trusted courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory, equipped with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop area of approximately 3,000m².
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it and offer better solutions. Alternatively, send us pictures or drafts with
