Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get in touch with you upon receipt.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on your specific items, but generally, you can expect samples within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. For enhanced accuracy, STEP or IGS files are highly preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval. You can then
pay the balance. For smaller quantities, we accept PayPal (with an additional commission). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver products via reputable courier companies to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

1. Commercial Packaging: Each piece is carefully enveloped in a plastic bag, then elegantly packed in a color box, followed by a secure carton, and finally arranged on a robust pallet.

Industrial Packaging: Choose from (1) a sturdy plastic tube, then boxed in a carton and placed on a durable pallet; or (2) a plastic bag, neatly wrapped with kraft paper, secured in a carton, and palletized.kraft paper, providing extra protection, placed in a carton, and finally secured on a pallet.
