Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time depends on your specific items, but generally, we ensure you receive it within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide product drawings in PDF format. For even better precision, STEP or IGS formats are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will share photos or videos for your review. After your approval,
you can pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, we accept Paypal (with an added commission). For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use reliable courier companies to deliver our products, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
