A2: The time frame depends on the specifics of your items, but it generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. After your
approval, you can pay the remaining balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an additional commission fee. For larger
amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: Our products are delivered through a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
