Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will promptly get in touch with you once we receive your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples depends on your specific items but generally ranges between 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide product drawings in PDF format. For better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your approval, and then you can
pay the balance. For small quantities, Paypal is accepted with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products through a reliable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a workshop area of approximately 3,000m2.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory; we can replicate it and provide optimal solutions. Alternatively, send pictures or drafts with

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we ensure your drawings remain confidential and will not release them to any third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates with digital pictures and videos showcasing the machining
progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each item is meticulously wrapped in a plastic bag, then securely placed in a color box within a sturdy carton, all carefully stacked on a robust pallet.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Items are encased in a durable plastic tube, then placed in a carton and stacked on a pallet with precision; (2). Alternatively, items are secured in a plastic bag, wrapped in kraft paper, then boxed in a carton and palletized for optimal protection.
3. Customized packaging: Tailored packaging solutions are available to meet the unique requirements of each customer.
