Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will promptly reply with detailed product and pricing information.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time for samples depends on the specifics of your order, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For better accuracy, files in STEP or IGS formats are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once your goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval before you pay the balance.
For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver our products through reliable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
