We are equipped with precision CNC lathes, high-precision cylindrical grinders, and five-axis machining centers. Utilizing a dedicated shaft machining tool system, we can machine various precision shaft parts with diameters from φ3 to φ300mm, lengths up to 8000mm, and precision levels reaching ISO 5 or higher. Through optimized multi-process collaborative machining strategies and online measurement technology, we ensure shaft diameter tolerances are controlled within ±0.003mm, cylindricity error does not exceed 0.003mm, straightness reaches 0.005mm/500mm, and surface roughness achieves Ra0.2μm.
Superior Materials and Heat Treatment Processes
High-quality materials such as 45# steel, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, GCr15, 304/316L stainless steel, and 7075 aluminum alloy are selected, combined with advanced heat treatment processes such as tempering, carburizing and quenching, and high-frequency quenching. Depending on the application requirements: high-speed spindles use 40Cr with tempering; heavy-duty drive shafts use 42CrMo with high-frequency quenching; wear-resistant shafts use GCr15 with integral quenching; corrosion-resistant shafts use 316L stainless steel with solution treatment; and lightweight shafts use 7075 aluminum alloy with hard anodizing.

Shaft manufacturing faces technical challenges such as controlling deformation of slender shafts, meeting high surface quality requirements, and correcting deformation during heat treatment. We effectively solve these problems through innovative processes: using reverse cutting and stress relief techniques to control the straightness of slender shafts with a length-to-diameter ratio of 30:1 within 0.01 mm/m; achieving a surface quality of Ra0.1 μm through precision grinding and ultra-precision machining; controlling deformation within 0.005 mm through controlled atmosphere heat treatment and precision straightening; and ensuring smooth high-speed operation through dynamic balancing testing.
