A3: To provide an accurate quote, please supply product drawings in PDF format. Submitting files in STEP or IGS format is even more advantageous.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit to begin production. Once your goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for approval. The remaining balance can be paid thereafter.
For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission. For larger orders, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is preferred.
