Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will swiftly contact you once we receive your mail.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The delivery time depends on your specific items. Generally, it's within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF. If you have them in STEP or IGS formats, that would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification, after which you can
pay the balance. For smaller quantities, we accept Paypal (commission added). For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products via a reputable courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory direct operation with 17 experienced engineers and over 50 employees in an approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it and provide better solutions. Alternatively, send us pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we will keep them secure and will not release them to third parties without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos showing the
machining progress.

Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Carefully packaged with 1 piece per plastic bag, securely placed in a color box, followed by a sturdy carton, all arranged on a pallet for optimal protection.
2. Industrial packaging: (1) Packed in a robust plastic tube, then placed in a carton, and finally secured on a pallet; (2) Encased in a protective plastic bag, wrapped in kraft paper, packed into a carton, and arranged on a pallet.
