Screw Shaft Processing and Manufacturing

We carefully select high-quality materials such as 40Cr, 42CrMo, and stainless steel. For heavy-load, high-speed applications, we use a quenching and tempering heat treatment process to achieve a hardness of HRC28-32 while maintaining excellent overall mechanical properties. For applications requiring corrosion resistance, we use 304 or 316 stainless steel, combined with specialized surface treatments to significantly enhance the product's corrosion resistance. For applications requiring high wear resistance, we also offer treatments such as case hardening or hard chrome plating.

Our machining processes demonstrate exceptional precision manufacturing. Using CNC turning centers combined with precision grinding machines, we achieve single-clamping machining of screw shaft threads, journals, and keyways. During critical thread processing, we utilize precision grinding technology to control thread lead angle errors within ±5°, with cumulative pitch errors exceeding 0.01mm/100mm. Each production line is equipped with a laser measuring instrument for full-length precision inspection of each screw shaft, ensuring that products fully meet design requirements.

Our screw shaft processing services are widely used across various industrial sectors. In the injection molding machinery industry, we develop high-strength screw shafts that achieve stable plasticizing results. In conveying equipment, we offer specially designed spiral conveyor shafts that meet the conveying requirements of diverse materials.
