Q1: Where can I get product and price information?

Q2: How long will it take to receive the sample?
A2: The timeframe depends on your specific requirements, but generally, it ranges within 3-7 days.
Q3: What information is needed for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, STEP or IGS files are preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for approval. You can then
pay the balance. For smaller quantities, we accept Paypal with an added commission fee. For larger amounts, T/T is
the preferred method.
Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We use reliable courier companies to deliver our products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory boasting a team of 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and a spacious 3,000m² workshop.

A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it to provide optimal solutions. Alternatively, pictures or drafts

A9: Yes, your drawings will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit permission.

A10: We provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports, complete with digital pictures and videos to
show the machining progress.
Q11: What if the goods are of poor quality? Will you refund?
