Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry email. Our team will promptly reach out to you as soon as we receive your mail.
Q2: How long will it take to get the sample?
A2: The time frame depends on your specific items, but generally, samples will be ready within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. It would be even better if you can provide them in STEP or IGS formats.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we'll send you photos or videos for inspection. You can then
complete the balance payment. For smaller quantities, we accept Paypal (with commission added). For larger amounts, T/T is
preferred.
Q5: How will the goods be delivered?
A5: We utilize reliable courier companies to ensure prompt delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 17 experienced engineers, over 50 employees, and an expansive workshop area of approximately 3,000m².
Q7: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Simply send your sample to our factory. We will replicate it and provide optimized solutions. If you send us pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely, yes. We are happy to provide samples before proceeding with mass production.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: Certainly. We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates with digital photos and videos showing
the machining progress.
Q11: If you produce poor-quality goods, will you refund?
A11: We assure you that we don't take risks with poor-quality production. Our commitment is to manufacture high-quality products
until you are completely satisfied.
Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each precision part is carefully encased in a protective plastic bag, then housed in a vibrant color box. This is then securely placed in a carton and delivered on a sturdy pallet.
2. Industrial packaging: Choose from our robust options: (1). Encased in a plastic tube, then packed in a carton and reinforced on a pallet; (2). Wrapped in a plastic bag, followed by a layer of kraft paper, and finally secured in a carton on a pallet.kraft paper + carton + pallet;
3. Tailored packaging: We also offer customized packaging solutions to meet specific customer needs and preferences.
