Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The sample delivery time varies based on the specific items you request, but it generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. While PDF is acceptable, STEP or IGS formats are preferred for more accurate quotes.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your review. Upon confirmation,
you can then pay the balance. For small orders, we accept Paypal with an added commission fee. For larger sums, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We ensure timely delivery of our products through reliable courier companies.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

1. Commercial packaging: Each piece is carefully encased in a plastic bag, then placed in a color box, before being securely packed in a carton and finally arranged on a pallet for ultimate protection.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Precision-packed in a plastic tube, then placed in a carton and stacked on a pallet; (2). Encased in a protective plastic bag,wrapped in sturdy kraft paper, boxed in a carton, and then arranged on a pallet;
