Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: It generally depends on your specific items, but it usually takes between 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better accuracy, submitting them in STEP or IGS formats is preferred.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your confirmation.
You can then pay the balance. For small quantities, Paypal is accepted with an additional commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use reputable courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
