Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry email, and we will promptly get in touch with you as soon as we receive your message.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The timeline depends on the specific items you require, but generally, you can expect to receive samples within 3-7 days.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If you can supply them in STEP or IGS formats, that would be even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for verification. You can then pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, with an additional commission. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We use courier companies to deliver the products to you.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a factory with direct operations, employing 17 experienced engineers and over 50 staff members, operating in a workshop area of approximately 3,000m2.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it and provide enhanced solutions. If you send pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we will create CAD or 3D files for you.

A8: Absolutely, yes. Samples can be provided before proceeding with mass production.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings are completely safe with us. We will not share them with any third parties without your explicit permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide you with a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates with digital pictures and videos showcasing the machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?

Packaging Details
1. Commercial Packaging: Each unit is meticulously encased in a plastic bag, then placed in a vibrant color box, secured within a sturdy carton, and finally arranged on a durable pallet for optimal protection and ease of transport.
2. Industrial Packaging: (1). For enhanced protection, products are nestled in a plastic tube, then packed into a robust carton and placed on a pallet; (2). Alternatively, items can be safely enclosed in a plastic bag, wrapped with kraft paper, boxed in a carton, and set on a pallet.
3. Custom Packaging: Tailored packaging solutions are available to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring utmost satisfaction and security.
