Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A1: Simply send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will promptly reach out to provide you with all the product and pricing details you need.
Q2: How long will I get the sample?
A2: The time frame for receiving samples generally ranges from 3-7 days, depending on the specific items you're interested in.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Please kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. If available, STEP or IGS files are even better for more accurate quotes.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit upfront. Once the goods are ready, we'll share photos or videos for your review before you pay the balance.
For small orders, we accept Paypal, though a commission fee will apply. For larger amounts, we prefer T/T transfers.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We partner with reliable courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery of your products.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with over 17 experienced engineers, more than 50 dedicated employees, and approximately 3,000m² of workshop space.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it and offer better solutions. If you provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), we can create CAD or 3D files for you.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, your drawings will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports complete with digital pictures and videos showcasing the machining progress.
Q11: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?
A11: We ensure the production of high-quality products to your satisfaction, thereby eliminating the risk of poor-quality goods requiring a refund.
Packaging Details
1. Commercial packaging: Each piece is meticulously packed in a plastic bag, then secured in a color box, followed by a sturdy carton, and finally, placed on a durable pallet.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Items are carefully enclosed in plastic tubes, then placed in cartons and set on a pallet for utmost protection. (2). Alternatively, products are sealed in plastic bags, wrapped in kraft paper, and then packed in cartons, which are arranged on pallets for efficient shipment.
